How do we apply our fees?
The industry-standard practice is to charge by the word.
It is neither accurate, nor fair, to charge by “page”, since one page could vary from 50 to 500 words depending on the format, font size, and subject matter.
Words can be easily counted with popular software like MS Word, and it is very difficult to “tamper” with the word count. You could end up changing the meaning if you change the words for the sake of “saving some money”.

It could be catalogued according to the following criteria: English that the common public can understand without going to the dictionary. Even some Business letters fall in this category. Certification takes approximately three weeks. This includes completing the certification exam at the end of the course. Many people have found that it is very easy to certify sooner than three weeks. The key to completing the course early is to schedule a large block of uninterrupted time to complete the training, rather than trying to complete a little here and a little there.

Civil Engineering:
